I tried using the promo code at checkout, but it didn’t work at all. From the way it was advertised, I assumed it would apply without any hassle, so it was disappointing when it turned out to be useless...

The whole experience was really frustrating. Nobody explained anything clearly, and every time I asked a question, it felt like they just hid behind some policy excuse instead of actually helping me understand what was going on.

I ordered a big batch of transfers from dtf.com for some shirts I was working on. To be fair, most of the prints came out good and the colors were close to what I sent, so I can’t really complain about that part. But the timing was not great. Shipping took longer than I expected, and of course it showed up right when I was already trying to get everything finished, which made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be. A few of the transfers also had small marks on them, nothing huge, but still annoying on a bulk order. Customer service did get back to me, just not very quickly. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but next time I’d probably do a smaller order first before trusting another big run.

I don’t think I’m being overly picky here, but some batches look exactly like what I expected, while others seem a little different. It’s not a huge deal, and I get that there can be slight variations, but I did notice it enough to mention

The colors were close to my design, so overall it worked out, but they weren’t a perfect match. That did make me a little less confident than I expected, since I was hoping it would be spot on. I’d probably order again, but I’d be a bit more cautious next time

I ordered a sample from dtf.com because I wanted to check the quality before placing a bigger order, i’m glad I did. The print looked dull, the edges were messy, and it just didn’t feel like something that would hold up well over time. Maybe I happened to get a bad sample, but it definitely made me hesitate to order more. I also wasn’t thrilled with the customer service side of things — the email replies felt like they were coming from robots, not real people actually trying to help.

I uploaded my files on dtf.com and it did work in the end, so I guess that’s the main thing. It wasn’t exactly smooth though. One of my files took a while to show up, and I ended up checking the size twice even though I’m sure it was fine the first time. Maybe it was the site, or maybe I just missed something, but it felt like it could be easier. Not a bad experience overall, just kind of basic and a little annoying for uploads.

It’s definitely bright enough, but I expected it to have a little more pop. It kind of does the job, just not in the way I was hoping. What made it more frustrating was that the next steps weren’t really clear, so I was left guessing what I was supposed to do after setting it up...

The instructions on DTF Creations were decent, but not as clear as I was hoping. I could figure out most of it, but a few steps felt like they skipped over details I needed. It wasn’t impossible or anything, but I had to reread parts a couple of times before I felt comfortable placing my order. I wasn’t expecting the process to stress me out that much.

I used dtf.com mainly for the gang sheet builder, and it was okay, like it did what I needed it to do, but I wouldn’t say it was super smooth. Uploading my designs was straightforward, so that part was fine, but then once I started trying to move things around and get everything placed just right, I kept having those little moments of wait, where is this tool, or why is this not lining up the way I thought it would.
I did get my gang sheet finished in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. It just felt a little clunky in spots, especially when arranging designs and trying to line everything up neatly. I’d probably use it again, but I do wish the builder felt more intuitive and a bit easier to navigate

I’ve had a mostly okay experience with dtf. Most of my orders have come through without any issues, which I appreciate. That said, I’ve had a couple of delays, and the updates during those times were slow. I don’t expect everything to be perfect, but I do think the company should be more accountable when orders are running behind and keep customers in the loop without us having to chase for answers. Not a bad service overall, just some room to do better.

I ordered a few DTF prints and they came out pretty much exactly like my file. The sizes were right, everything I ordered was in the package, and nothing was weirdly missing, which I always appreciate. The color was maybe just a tiny bit different from what I saw on my screen, but that’s kind of expected. Weirdly, I remember opening the package while eating a pickle, so now that’s stuck in my head. Overall, I’m happy with how they turned out and I’d order again

There was a lot to pick from, almost to the point where I felt kind of trapped trying to decide what to choose. Still, it was nice having plenty of options available.

I was disappointed with this. The prints looked good when they first arrived, but after just a couple of washes they started cracking and peeling around the edges. I followed the wash instructions exactly, so it was really frustrating. When I reached out, I just got one of those canned apology responses that didn’t really address anything. Definitely won’t be ordering again.

Overall, it was fine, but I did notice the colors were a bit dull compared to what I was expecting. Not a huge deal, and it still works, but I would have preferred something a little more vibrant.

I ordered a few dtf prints from dtf for a design that had some small text and thin lines. The larger parts of the prints came out looking good, and the colors were solid, but the really tiny details were a little softer than I was hoping for. Not awful or unusable, just not as crisp as I’ve gotten from the company I usually stick with. Shipping was totally normal and the order itself was smooth, so no complaints there. I’m a little torn because I like trying different suppliers, but I’m also loyal to my usual one for detailed work. I’d probably use dtf again for simpler designs, just maybe not for anything with super fine detail

I ordered from dtf thinking it would show up in like 3 or 4 days, but the delivery date kept getting pushed back with almost no real updates. I had a job waiting on these transfers, so being delayed by roughly a week really messed up my schedule. The tracking wasn’t much help either, it basically just sat there and didn’t tell me anything useful. The quality might be totally fine, but if I can’t count on the order arriving when I need it, it’s hard for me to trust them again
